Role & Responsibility:
Celine Wang was in charge of preparing the content of interview for Toolkit's customers, competitors, CEO and the staffs.
Project Achievements:
• Collected and analyzed valuable feedback from over 50 stakeholders, including current and potential customers, direct and indirect competitors, and internal leaders and employees
• Identified the strengths and weaknesses of Toolkit's product and market position, such as its unique features, user experience, pricing, distribution channels, customer loyalty, brand awareness, etc.
• Provided suggestions for improving Toolkit's product strategy and customer satisfaction, such as adding new functionalities, enhancing user interface, adjusting pricing strategy, expanding market reach, etc.
